Welcome to Gwen's Montessori School and Day Care. We are excited to be able to share our programs with your children and you. Our primary objective is to provide a loving atmosphere in meeting the needs of your child for experiences that will foster his or her growth and development; therefore, our program focuses on the family as well as the child. Our goals are to assure the safe and healthful care of the child and to strengthen family life by providing care which promotes the total. We are a licensed private school for nursery to second grade. We are also a licensed day care center. Our Montessori and Day Care was founded in 1985. We are open year round with hours from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. |

January 2008 NewsletterSeptember through December we were busy as bees in our classrooms not realizing that the year 2007 was quickly slipping away from us. Now here we are in the year 2008. We hope everyone had a great winter break! Our theme for the month of January is "Body Parts and Nutrition". Our color for the month is green and our shape is the diamond ◊ shape. This month we will open our classrooms to the parents.  You are invited to visit. Please plan to spend only one hour on the day that you choose. This is because we would rather not have more than three parents visiting at a time. Also, there is a calendar posted in the entryway for all to sign up on if they choose.
